Alibuilding chooses Novaligepro as the builder for its San Juan Collection development of 161 homes
The Alicante-based construction company is already developing other developments under the Alibuilding brand in Polop and Mutxamel
Alicante, 26 December.- The developer Alibuilding, part of the Aligrupo holding company, has signed an agreement with Novaligepro for the construction of a new development in the town of San Juan (Alicante), consisting of 161 homes. The selection process involved a large number of companies with high-quality projects, although Alibuilding's management ultimately opted for the Alicante-based construction company.
Alibuilding's managing director, José Antonio Izquierdo, highlighted "Novaligepro's proposal, among the excellent proposals submitted by the other companies. Without a doubt, the standard of all the construction companies invited to tender was very high, which made the final selection difficult". Novaligepro is already collaborating with Alibuilding on the construction of its developments in Mutxamel (Bonalba Green) and Polop (Polop Hills Nature).
Pedro Javier Rabasco, CEO of Novaligepro, highlighted the company's wealth of experience, accumulated over 23 years since its inception as Aligepro, which enables it to undertake large-scale projects of the highest quality. Rabasco expressed his satisfaction with the trust placed in the company and the expansion of the partnership forged with Alibuilding.
A development in San Juan
The new development has been named San Juan Collection, a new model for the Alibuilding brand, which proposes the development of urban land in the heart of one of the most sought-after locations in the province of Alicante, maintaining the high standards of quality offered by the developer.
The managing director of Alibuilding has expressed ‘our particular enthusiasm for this development, which is being built in our town, the municipality where we have our headquarters. It is a project that aims to contribute to the effort to build the city, to consolidate and develop the urban environment with quality constructions for their owners and, at the same time, to add value to the surrounding area’.
San Juan Collection is located on the continuation of Avenida de la Rambla de San Juan de Alicante, the city's commercial and administrative artery. The plot on which it stands is located between the Town Hall and the Municipal Library, the cultural heart of the town.
It is here that Novaligepro will be responsible for the construction of the 161 apartments included in the project, which comprises a six-storey block of flats on a 2,865 square metre plot with a buildable area of over 14,400 square metres. This residential complex will have a rooftop swimming pool, parking, storage rooms and a communal gym. The 161 homes are distributed over the six floors that make up the building and offer different types of housing.
