Alibuilding completes the structural work on its Jávea Beach development and has sold 67% of its homes

The Alicante-based developer continues to prioritise local suppliers and technology: construction is being carried out by Alcudia Obras y Servicios, whilst the Elche-based firm Krystaline is providing the technology for the reinforcement and waterproofing of the concrete

Alicante, 13 April. – The Alicante-based developer Alibuilding, part of the Aligrupo holding company, is on schedule with the construction of its Jávea Beach development, located on Arenal beach in the Marina Alta region, and has completed the structural work up to the maximum height of the residential block, comprising a basement, three above-ground floors and a sun terrace. Alibuilding’s new residential development continues to enjoy an excellent market response, thanks to its design and location, which utilises suppliers and technology from companies based in the province of Alicante.

In this first phase of construction, sales have already reached 67% of the total number of homes on offer, demonstrating the company’s ability to respond to market demand and the strong appeal of Jávea among both domestic and international buyers.

Alibuilding continues to work with local companies and suppliers based in the province of Alicante for the development of its projects along the Costa Blanca. On this occasion, the construction firm Alcudia Obras y Servicios has been involved, adding products from the Elche-based company Krystaline to its portfolio of suppliers. Krystaline specialises in the development and manufacture of high-quality products for the reinforcement and waterproofing of concrete in buildings.

Alibuilding’s managing director, José Antonio Izquierdo, has celebrated the completion of the first phase and the completion of the structural works on the Jávea Beach residential development. “Reaching the maximum height of each building remains a milestone in the culture of the construction sector. And we celebrate it as such. Because we must value the ability to create homes, the effort of many people in this work and their high level of professionalism,” he stated.

For the head of the Alicante-based developer, “our identity is rooted in the region where we were founded and where we have grown. We are also proud to be at the forefront of quality within the highly competitive property sector, thanks to our partnerships with local companies.” He added that “the sector as a whole can feel very proud of what we are capable of creating in the province to offer to everyone.”

Jávea Beach, a benchmark in the market

This development is situated on a 3,500-square-metre plot on Arenal Beach and comprises 27 two- or three-bedroom homes, each comprising a ground floor plus two upper floors, with a sun terrace included in the top-floor apartments.

The design of this development is inspired by the traditional Mediterranean home, which features outdoor views, spacious terraces or gardens, plenty of natural light and generous living spaces. It is complemented by a very open, landscaped communal area and a 158-square-metre swimming pool, complete with a hydromassage area and a shallow children’s paddling pool. The location, design and style have made this project a benchmark in the area, both on the domestic and international markets.
