Alibuilding grows by 81.5% and achieves a turnover of 89.3 million euros in 2024.
Last year’s profit reached €12.5 million, a 142% increase
Aligrupo, owner of the development company, closes the fiscal year with a turnover of €105 million
Alicante, July 29 – The developer Alibuilding, part of the Aligrupo holding, closed the 2024 fiscal year with a turnover of €89.3 million, representing an 81.5% increase compared to the previous year. The company’s financial performance translated into a 142% increase in profit compared to 2023, reaching €12.5 million. As a result, the real estate activity boosted Aligrupo’s total turnover to €105 million.
José Antonio Izquierdo, CEO of Alibuilding, explained that these “exceptional results are the outcome of fulfilling the 2024 business plan, which culminated in the delivery of 220 homes. Additionally, 88% of the Alborán Beach development, located on San Juan-Muchavista beach, has been sold; 44% of the first phase of Bonalba Green (Bonalba Golf Course–Mutxamel); and 76% of the Polop Hills development.”
Izquierdo noted that Aligrupo’s development division invested €24.75 million, entirely with its own funds, which will enable the construction of 600 homes over the next four years. “We are currently in the early stages of launching new developments, which means we are returning to the construction phase after a year focused on closing sales, as was the case in 2024. This also helps explain the financial results, which reflect a typical sawtooth pattern common in real estate development activity,” said the CEO of Alibuilding.
The developer has advanced the commercialization phases of its new projects in El Campello, Mutxamel, Jávea, San Juan, and Polop.
Aligrupo
Meanwhile, the CEO of Aligrupo – parent company of Alibuilding – broke down the group’s 2024 results, which reached a turnover of €105 million last year, translating into a profit of €23 million. This was mainly driven by its real estate activity, which accounted for 84.8% of the total. The remainder, as explained by Torregrosa himself, comes from investments in corporate holdings and other real estate projects.
Aligrupo focuses its activity on promoting and financially supporting business ventures in mature sectors, such as tourism, as well as in areas with a strong innovative component.
New Projects
Alibuilding is entering a new phase of development, grounded in its upcoming real estate projects that are already underway, currently being marketed, and expected to meet targets in the coming fiscal years.
The new developments in Alibuilding’s portfolio, now in advanced stages of commercialization, include Bonalba Green (Mutxamel) and Alborán Beach (El Campello). The former is located within a golf course complex and consists of 181 homes of various types distributed across six blocks with shared common areas, along with 37 high-quality single-family homes.
Alborán Beach, on the other hand, is a development just a few meters from Muchavista beach (El Campello), adjacent to the city of Alicante’s most in-demand expansion area, PAU 5, in Playa de San Juan. This four-story project comprises 24 homes and shared amenities, and is already at an advanced stage of construction and sales.
Additionally, Alibuilding plans to launch a development in Jávea. Jávea Beach is another project offering 27 homes on Arenal beach, with commercialization and construction having begun this fiscal year. The company also holds reserved land in Mutxamel, Finestrat, and Benidorm.
Likewise, in the town of Polop, the success of the Polop Hills development has led Alibuilding to begin construction and marketing of a new project this year: Polop Hills Nature, consisting of 65 single-family homes.
Alibuilding also plans to start a new development in Finestrat with 138 homes. For the 2025 fiscal year, the company is investing in a new project in Sant Joan d’Alacant: San Juan Collection, which will feature 161 homes.
