The men's and women's First National teams have the chance to play in the play-off for promotion in the coming weeks

The club has teams in the main categories, both men's and women's, and has almost 150 players

Alicante, April 25 - The general manager of the promoter Alibuilding, part of the Aligrupo holding company, José Antonio Izquierdo, announced today the decision to become a sponsor of Club Balonmano San Juan and to contribute to the rest of the season to the challenges of the sporting entity. The Club has on the horizon the possibility of playing in the play-offs with the current First National teams, both male and female. Alibuilding's commitment also focuses on the promotion of grassroots sport, as it already does with other sports sponsorships in its commitment to the training of youngsters in values, through the culture of effort, companionship and teamwork, the hallmarks of handball. 

Alibuilding, whose head office is in San Juan, makes a contribution to a local club of reference, as its main teams are usually at the top of their respective leagues. The developer, which develops its real estate projects mainly in municipalities on the Costa Blanca, adds its efforts to handball, after collaborating with football clubs such as Hercules, and the base teams of Lacross Babel CF, FC Arena Alicante and Playas de Alicante CF. 

Izquierdo said he was pleased to be able to play an active role in the handball club, a local institution that has always played at a high level. ‘Handball is a hallmark of San Juan, where Alibuilding was born and developed. We understand that it is an honour to be able to participate in the training of the boys and girls who play this noble sport, to push with our encouragement the First National categories in the final stretch of the season and to be able to continue adding our efforts in future seasons’, commented Izquierdo.

It is a company of reference in the province that pays attention to us, which reinforces us in our projects to extend handball to all ages, promote its practice and continue to grow in the training of future athletes for this beautiful sport, which has given so much joy to our people’.
