Alibuilding obtains construction permits for the San Juan and Finestrat developments, totaling 227 new homes

The San Juan Collection offers 161 homes in the heart of the city, located in the Alicante metropolitan area, and another 66 in the first phase of the Finestrat development. Alicante, September 8. – The property developer Alibuilding, part of the Aligrupo holding company, has obtained construction permits for its new projects in Sant Joan d'Alacant (L'Alacantí) and for the first phase of its project in Finestrat (Marina Baixa), generating a total of 227 homes. With these two permits, Alibuilding kicks off the final four months of the year with the launch of two projects, in addition to those currently underway in El Campello (Alborán Beach) and Jávea (Jávea Beach), as well as the Polop Hills, Polop Hills Nature (Marina Baixa), and Bonalba Green (Mutxamel) phases. Alibuilding's General Manager, José Antonio Izquierdo, explained that these municipal licenses allow for the development of the brand's new projects, consolidating its activity on the Costa Blanca from north to south. The developer's CEO commented that the San Juan project offers a product tailored to the needs of many families seeking a home in an urban setting within the Alicante metropolitan area. In San Joan d'Alacant, the construction of 161 apartments is planned in a six-story block, occupying a 2,865 square meter plot with a buildable area of ​​more than 14,400 square meters. This development is located in the heart of the town, on the continuation of Avenida de la Rambla, between the Town Hall and the Cultural Center and Municipal Library. San Juan Collection is located in an area equipped with all commercial, cultural, educational, and sports services. San Juan has become a benchmark municipality due to its quality of life and its excellent connections to the other towns in the region and the city of Alicante. In Finestrat, the plan is to build the first of the three phases comprising the development. This first phase will include four of the nine planned residential blocks. The start of the development will involve the construction of the first 66 homes of a planned total of 138. This future residential complex will feature landscaped common areas, children's play areas, sports facilities, and a swimming pool. The Finestrat development is located in a privileged residential setting, nestled in the foothills of the mountain, very close to the historic center of the mountain town and the beach area of ​​La Cala. The elevated location offers views of Benidorm Bay and excellent connections to the tourist capital of the Costa Blanca and La Vila Joiosa.
