The property developer Alibuilding has joined forces with Alicante Table Tennis Club, the only team in the city that participates in European competitions, as a sponsor and collaborator. Currently, the Alicante Table Tennis Club has a team in the Men's Superdivision, the highest category in national table tennis. Last season, it achieved a commendable second place in the league, which qualified it to compete in the European Cup this 2025/2026 season, being the only team from the city of Alicante to compete in European competition.

The team, which made it through the first round last November, has a new fixture on 19 December against Energa Manekin (Torun, Poland), SPG Febemayr Wels (Austria) and Roskilde Bordtennis BTK 61 (Denmark). The Alicante team is made up of José Carlos Guillot and youth players Alberto and Diego Lillo.

One of the club's fundamental objectives is to work with its youth academy, which has trained great athletes and individuals who have gone on to compete with the Spanish national team in all categories. The brothers Alberto and Diego Lillo, who trained at the club since they were in municipal schools, are examples of this.
