San Juan Beach promotion draws the attention of the jury as one of the most significant actions in Spain

Alicante, October 28.- The developer Alibuilding and the Chamizo Arquitectos studio have been awarded for their joint project, San Juan Beach, in the category of Architecture for the Best Multiple Residential in the 2022 edition of the International Property Awards, one of the most prestigious awards in the real estate sector in Europe. The recognition was collected by the general director of Alibuilding, José Antonio Izquierdo; the CEO of Aligroup, Daniel Torregrosa; and Luis Chamizo, from Chamizo Arquitectos, along with members of his team, his sons Luis and Pablo Chamizo, at the gala held at the Royal Lancaster hotel in London last night.

Izquierdo highlighted "the importance of this international recognition for one of Alibuilding's projects, such as San Juan Beach, which has become a reference icon within our portfolio of developed projects and in the San Juan Beach skyline, in the PAU 5 of the city of Alicante, one of the areas with the greatest momentum in recent times”.

From his point of view, "this recognition consolidates us as a promoting entity in the international market, where a large part of our sales have been carried out, but from now on we will have a more recognized brand." In addition, Izquierdo stressed that the recognition of San Juan Beach in one of the great events of the international market "is also an accolade to our land, to the Costa Blanca and to the high-level real estate offer that it offers to the European market as a whole, and each once again, global”.

Izquierdo pointed out the "fundamental participation of the professional office Chamizo Arquitectos, who are also collaborating with us in another of our challenges, such as Benidorm Beach, in the city of Benidorm, which represents a change in the aesthetics of the city with a differentiated project and very innovative in terms of design.
