Alidreams, the brand of tourist establishments of the Aligrupo holding, will manage the holiday center located on a plot of land adjacent to the Benidorm Beach development

Alicante, January 30.- The promoter Alibuilding, belonging to the business holding Aligrupo, has obtained the go-ahead from the Benidorm City Council at the plenary session held today for the development of a tourist complex made up of 38 holiday apartments located on Avenida de La Vila Joiosa, a plot adjacent to the Benidorm Beach development, which is in its last phase of construction. The municipal plenary gave final approval to Alibuilding's proposal for the Interior Reform Plan (PRI) and Isolated Action Program for plot A of the Partial Plan 'Sito Sentella' and Detail Study 'Hotel Bistrol Park'.

This means the start of the construction project for a tourist complex that will be made up of 38 tourist apartments, located on Playa de Poniente in the tourist capital of the Costa Blanca. The planned structure is distributed over two floors, and one underground for a garage. In addition, the project will have common areas such as a swimming pool, recreational spaces, a gym and a multipurpose room.
The intention of Aligrupo, the parent company of the business holding, is to hand over management to Alidreams, a group company that already manages two tourist apartment properties in El Campello and Alicante.

The CEO of Aligrupo, Daniel Torregrosa, explained that "with this action, the group develops the potential and synergies that its different business divisions and companies articulate for the benefit of developing high-level business projects." For Torregrosa, "our proposal also allows Benidorm to improve urban planning issues in the center of the city, since urban density is eliminated in the center, in addition to contributing to the urban improvement of the areas where the new project will be located, both in the roads , improvement of the outdoor parking area and the public sidewalk”.

Future apartments, which will be managed by Alidreams, will mostly have one bedroom, there will be one adapted for people with mobility difficulties and the rest will have two bedrooms.

The building is divided into two vertical communication cores, each of them served by an elevator and a staircase that communicates the entire verticality of the building, from the basement to the top floor. In such a way that the apartments can be accessed, both from the basement and from the common areas where the access to the urbanization with its reception is located. The ground floor accommodations have direct access, through their gardens and covered porch, and from the common areas of the urbanization.

Alidreams
Alidreams currently manages Carmen Beach (El Campello) and Lola Center (Alicante), with a total of 34 holiday apartments. Carmen Beach has 12 villas located in a private area, equipped with common elements, located on Playa de Muchavista.

For its part, the Lola Center vacation complex has 22 vacation apartments that offer the advantages of an apartment with the addition of some hotel services.
