Alibuilding activates part of its land bag of more than 215,000 m² and offers three new developments on the Costa Blanca

The developer participates in the SIMA 2023 International Real Estate Fair in Madrid with the first 172 homes to be built in El Campello, Mutxamel and Jávea

Alicante, May 24.- The promoter Alibuilding, belonging to the Aligrupo business holding, today opens the doors of its stand at the SIMA International Real Estate Fair that is held at IFEMA-Madrid until next Saturday, May 27 for professionals and individuals. The promoter attends the event with three new developments that enable part of the land pool of more than 215,000 square meters to be activated and start developments in the municipalities of the Costa Blanca (Alicante) in Jávea, El Campello and Mutxamel, which add up to a total of 172 homes.


Together with this future offer, Alibuilding presents the latest existing opportunities in the developments of Benidorm (Benidorm Beach), Polop (Polop Hills) and Madrid (Francisco de Ricci 13), which demonstrates the company's strong commitment to two preferred destinations: Coast White and Madrid.

Alibuilding comes once again to SIMA with the housing portfolio of developments under development or already executed such as Francisco de Ricci 13 (Madrid), Benidorm Beach (Benidorm) and the Polop Hills single-family homes, whose new phase has recently started.

Alibuilding comes with 20% of the 185 homes from the different phases into which Polop Hills is divided, single-family homes located in the Marina Baixa region, between the mountains and the view of the Mediterranean Sea on a natural balcony over the city of Benidorm , in great demand in the northern and eastern European market.
