Alibuilding closes the 2022 accounts with a growth of 18.7% in business volume to reach 54.5 million euros

Aligrupo also improved results last year to 60 million in business thanks to the promotion of the holding's development division


Alicante, July 26.- The promoter Alibuilding, belonging to the business holding Aligrupo, continues on the upward path in billing and has closed the 2022 financial year with a new growth of 18.7% compared to 2021, exceeding the figure of 50 million, as reported today by the CEO, José Antonio Izquierdo. Consequently, the accounts presented by Aligrupo reflect the good performance of its real estate division and grow to 60 million euros, 15% better than in 2021.


Izquierdo explained that "these results have broken the climate of uncertainty that had been generated as a result of the energy crisis, the increase in inflation, the escalation of interest rates and the War in Ukraine that ended up breaking all forecasts for 2022”. In his opinion, "the good response of the market is due to the quality of the materials, the good designs of the homes and the excellent conditions of the different developments".


In fact, this reality shows an operating result for Alibuilding in the 2022 financial year of 9 million euros, thanks to the development of the sales level of many of the promotions, both those that have been completed and those that are still under development, he commented. the head of Alibuilding.


Alibuilding has closed the developments with 100% sales of Velázquez 23, San Juan Beach I and Denia Beach I, as in the first phases of Polop Hills. “2022 was a good year for sales of the promotions that are underway. Benidorm Beach is 91% commercialized, 93% in the Madrid development of Francisco Ricci, while in the set of the different phases of Polop Hills it stands at 80%", commented Izquierdo who pointed out that "the investment made by Alibuilding in these projects during 2022 amounted to 13.7 million euros, always with own funds”.

Aligrupo
For his part, Daniel Torregrosa, CEO of Aligrupo, the parent company that owns Alibuilding, also pointed out the importance of having a stable, consolidated and solvent group. This 2022, Aligrupo closed the year with an operating result of 13.3 million euros, largely due to the results of Alibuilding.


Torregrosa presented the consolidated results of the group, where Aligrupo achieved a business volume of 60 million, thanks in part to the boost of the good results of its promoter company, which contributed 90.7% of the total. The rest, as explained by Torregrosa himself, corresponds to investments in company shares and other real estate projects. Aligrupo achieved a business volume of 52 million in 2021.


“Our philosophy as a company is very clear: apply common sense and the principle of prudence. This makes us be brave in betting on disruptive, innovative sectors or activities, but that we focus our business investments on more mature sectors and where we have more knowledge of reality”, commented Torregrosa.

Emblematic projects, and new projects
Currently, Alibuilding is completing its project in Benidorm under the Benidorm Beach brand, one of the buildings that are already part of the new skyline of Playa de Poniente in the tourist capital of the Costa Blanca. A total of 195 homes in a 36-story complex with the highest quality and a well-cared exterior urbanization that offers what is necessary for outdoor teleworking. Benidorm Beach stands out for having an indoor pool on the 26th floor and a wellness area on the 27th floor, with views of the Benidorm bay.


At the same time, Alibuilding has begun to process the new phases of Polop Hills, in the municipality near Benidorm, where the construction of new single-family homes is being considered. There are 61 new construction licenses to complete the 185 houses that make up this new promotion model within the Alibuilding portfolio, single-family, with the possibility of adapting to the client, in an environment surrounded by nature and with all the comforts required by the criteria of connectivity and energy efficiency.


The new developments that Alibuilding has in its portfolio and that it has already started pre-commercializing are Bonalba Green (Mutxamel) and Alborán Beach (El Campello). The first one is located in the middle of the golf course complex and consists of 121 homes of different types in three blocks that share common areas, as well as 87 high-quality single-family homes.


For its part, Alborán Beach is a development a few meters from Muchavista beach (El Campello) and attached to the expansion area with the greatest demand in the city of Alicante, PAU 5, in Playa de San Juan. This three-storey project is made up of 24 homes and common areas. In addition, Alibuilding plans to activate a development in Jávea, which will offer 27 homes on the Arenal beach and has land in reserve in Mutxamel, Finestrat and Benidorm.
