Bonalba Green offers 121 homes spread over 3 blocks plus 87 single-family homes as well as a local, swimming pool and common areas

Alicante, May 16.- The promoter Alibuilding, belonging to the business holding Aligrupo, will participate in the next edition of the Madrid International Real Estate Exhibition SIMA, which will be held between May 24 and 27 at IFEMA in Madrid with 172 new homes planned in its new developments located in the Alicante towns of El Campello, Jávea and Mutxamel, in addition to the star products that it has under development in Benidorm Beach (Benidorm) and Polop Hills (Polop).

The new products are the 24 homes in the Alborán Beach development, 150 meters from Muchavista beach in El Campello (Alicante), and the 121 homes planned for the Bonalba Green project, on the golf course of the same name located in the Alicante town of Mutxamel. In addition, another 27 homes are projected on the plot acquired in Jávea (Alicante).

At the same time, it will present the latest homes available in the Benidorm Beach watchtower, located on the Poniente beach in Benidorm; and the Polop Hills single-family homes, the final phases of which are currently underway.

For its part, Bonalba Green is located within the heart of the reference golf course in the province of Alicante, located in the town of Mutxamel, a few minutes from the capital – Alicante – and with views of the Mediterranean Sea, which offers a short distance the beaches of El Campello and San Juan (Alicante). At the Show, Alibuilding comes with 20% of the 185 homes from the different phases that Polop Hills is divided into, single-family homes located in the Marina Baixa region, between the mountains and the view of the Mediterranean Sea on a natural balcony over the city of Benidorm, in great demand in the northern and eastern European markets.

Very close to them, the available homes will also be offered in the Benidorm Beach tower, on Playa de Poniente in Benidorm, which account for slightly less than 20% of the 195 homes that the building has. This promotion stands out for its exterior design, offering very complete common spaces, as well as an indoor pool on the 26th floor – the highest in a residential area in all of Spain – and a wellness space on the 27th floor.
