Alibuilding closes 2023 with a turnover of 49.2 million with the sale of the homes in its built promotions

Aligrupo maintains its turnover at 60 million and improves its operating result to 14 million
 

Alicante, July 23.- The developer Alibuilding, belonging to the Aligrupo holding company, has closed the 2023 financial year with the practical liquidation of its housing stock in the homes built, which has reported a business volume of 49.2 million euros. This same year, it has begun investments for new developments, which have tripled compared to the previous year to exceed 34 million euros and with which it intends to start the El Campello, Finestrat, Mutxamel, Polop, Jávea and La Nucía projects.


The general director of Alibuilding, José Antonio Izquierdo, has described 2023 as “an excellent year thanks to the level of sales that has allowed us to complete our portfolio of homes almost in its entirety, and we begin a new stage that is characterized by the start of new projects, which explains the reduction in business volume of 9.8%, that is, with the sale of almost all of our built stock.” With all this, Alibuilding's operating result reached five million euros in fiscal year 2023.


However, the accounts of Alibuilding's parent company, Aligrupo, maintain its business volume at 60 million euros, but improve its operating result slightly to 14 million euros.
For Izquierdo, 2023 has closed with the fulfillment of the business plan, which demonstrates the stability in the strategic line designed by Alibuilding, and the complete execution of the planning. The general director considers that “Alibuilding products respond to demand, they adjust to the highest levels of demand in terms of materials, equipment and qualities, in addition to demonstrating that the places where they are made are the ones that arouse the greatest interest among potential buyers".

The CEO of Aligrupo, Daniel Torregrosa, expressed the solidity of the holding, which maintains billing levels in the diversification of its portfolio of activities and investments and improves its operating results. Torregrosa showed his satisfaction with the group's results, where Alibuilding contributes 81.5% of the total.
Torregrosa announced that the company will continue "with the line of development of its activities, which have proven successful, always applying the principle of prudence, analyzing investments in projects or sectors with positive and highly contrasted evolution." In this sense, Torregrosa highlighted the “powerful development projects that, through Alibuilding, we have underway in 2024, whose most significant designs and investments were advanced last year".

New Alibuilding investments
Alibuilding has more than 127,000 square meters of land in which it plans five new developments in very dynamic enclaves, in high demand, both for the national and international markets. Alborán Beach (El Campello), Bonalba Green (Mutxamel), as well as other projects in Finestrat, Jávea Beach, La Nucía or Polop (Polop Hills Nature).
Alibuilding plans the Bonalba Green (Mutxamel) development that includes the construction of 121 homes and 87 single-family homes in the municipality of Mutxamel, in the metropolitan area of ​​Alicante. It is a bet in the heart of one of the most important golf courses in the province, close to the beaches of El Campello, Muchavista and San Juan. Specifically, a bet that combines golf and beach.


In Finestrat, they have generated a development that adapts to the orography in the upper area of ​​the town and that allows views of the nearby Bay of Benidorm. A residential complex that is articulated through a large central pool, adapted to its natural environment in different blocks of buildings and single-family homes that will offer a wide range of typologies and dimensions.


In the nearby town of Polop, the Siamese development of Polop Hills is being developed, in this case under the name Polop Hills Nature, which is developed at the foot of the Ponoig mountain, a unique environment where the single-family homes will be located. In this same region, the Marina Baixa, Alibuilding has land in the town of La Nucía in which it plans another 130 homes.


In the Marina Alta, the Alicante developer has land in the municipality of Jávea, on the exclusive Arenal beach, one of the most interesting plots just a few meters from the sea in one of the areas of great potential in the tourist city of reference in the north of the Costa Blanca.
Currently, Alibuilding is completing the sale of the last units in the Benidorm Beach developments, an imposing tower on Poniente beach; Alborán Beach, located at the foot of the Muchavista and San Juan beaches, between the municipalities of El Campello and Alicante; and Polop Hills, in the homonymous town of Marina Baixa.
