The Alibuilding development has been recognised as Best High-Rise Residential Building and Best Residential Apartment Design in the 2024 edition of the International Property Awards

Alicante, 3 September.- Benidorm Beach has been considered the best residential development in Europe in 2024 by the jury of experts at the International Property Awards. The project promoted by the Alicante real estate developer Alibuilding, and developed by the Chamizo Arquitectos firm, has been recognised with two awards in the category of High-Rise Residential Building and as Best Residential Apartment Design.

Benidorm Beach is located on Benidorm's Poniente beach and is made up of two 36-storey towers joined together with 196 apartments equipped with high-quality noble materials, spacious and open spaces overlooking the bay of the capital of the Costa Blanca. In addition to the communal facilities outside the development, the property has an indoor swimming pool on the 26th floor and a gym on the 27th.

The jury of these awards has valued the design of the property, which has become one of the hallmarks of the Benidorm skyline thanks to the characteristics of its façade, as well as the configuration of the apartments in each of the typologies.

The general manager of Alibuilding, José Antonio Izquierdo, has expressed his satisfaction with the two awards won by the project carried out by the Chamizo Arquitectos team. “It is a source of pride, since Benidorm Beach has been a complex project, which has required a lot of effort, which has suffered such novel circumstances as the pandemic situation that coincided in the middle of construction and other vicissitudes beyond our control that we have had to overcome. All this effort is recognised with these two awards achieved in the most prestigious competition in the sector worldwide”, he declared.

Izquierdo believes that this type of recognition is an “extra boost for our ongoing projects, such as those planned in El Campello, Mutxamel, Finestrat, Polop, La Nucía or Jávea”.

The International Property Awards is a competition that evaluates real estate projects from around the world on each of the continents. Its jury is made up of leading figures in the sector in different disciplines related to the real estate and construction sector. The awards ceremony will be held in London on October 17.

Alibuilding achieved recognition in the 2022 edition of these awards as Best Multiple Residential with its San Juan Beach project (Alicante).
