The property developer is currently in the construction phase of new residential developments following an investment of 30 million to deliver a portfolio of 600 homes

Alicante, 7 August.—The property developer Alibuilding, part of the Aligrupo holding company, closed the 2025 financial year with a turnover of 33.6 million euros as it enters this new phase of developing new residential projects in various locations along the Costa Blanca. The developer is currently in the midst of developing new residential projects, thanks to last year’s investment of 30 million euros, which ensures a portfolio of 600 homes for future marketing campaigns.

Alibuilding’s managing director, José Antonio Izquierdo, explained that “we continue to adhere to the business plan approved in the 2024 financial year, which envisages the development of 600 homes over the coming years. Alibuilding is therefore in the process of launching new developments that will generate sales and profits in the coming years, following the completion of sales from previously finished developments in earlier financial years”.

Throughout 2025, 92 per cent of the Alborán Beach development, located on San Juan-Muchavista beach, has been sold; 70 per cent of the first phase of Bonalba Green (Bonalba Golf Course, Mutxamel); and 96 per cent of the Polop Hills development; 63 per cent of the Javea Beach development, and 35 per cent of the San Juan Collection development.

Izquierdo explained that the investment by Aligrupo’s property development division, funded from its own resources, will enable the development of 600 homes over the coming years.

New projects

Alibuilding is entering a new phase of development, underpinned by its new property developments which are currently under construction, already being marketed, and set to meet their targets in the coming financial years. The developer is at an advanced stage in the marketing of its new projects in Playa Muchavista, Bonalba, Jávea, San Juan and Polop, the financial results of which will be reflected in the coming financial years.

The new developments in Alibuilding’s portfolio, which are at an advanced stage of marketing, are Bonalba Green (Mutxamel), Alborán Beach (El Campello-Playa de Muchavista), Jávea Beach and San Juan Collection (Sant Joan d’Alacant). The first of these is situated within the heart of a golf course complex and comprises 181 homes of various types, divided into six blocks sharing communal areas, as well as 37 high-quality detached houses.

Alborán Beach, meanwhile, is a development just a few metres from Muchavista Beach (El Campello) and adjacent to the most sought-after expansion area in the city of Alicante, PAU 5, in Playa de San Juan. This four-storey project comprises 24 homes and communal areas, with construction and sales at an advanced stage.

Jávea Beach (Jávea) is another of the developments, offering 27 homes on Arenal Beach, with sales and construction having commenced this financial year. San Juan Collection (Sant Joan d’Alacant), a development situated in the heart of the town, is bringing 161 homes to the market.

Similarly, in the town of Polop, the success of the Polop Hills development has led Alibuilding to begin construction and marketing this financial year of its new Polop Hills Nature development, comprising 65 detached homes. Alibuilding plans to launch a new development in Finestrat comprising 138 homes and holds land reserves in Mutxamel, Finestrat, La Nucia and Benidorm.

Aligrupo

For his part, Daniel Torregrosa, CEO of Aligrupo – Alibuilding’s parent company – outlined the group’s results for 2025, which show a turnover of 49 million euros, resulting in a profit of 22 million euros, thanks mainly to its investments in equity holdings and its property investments. Aligrupo focuses its activities on the development and investment in business projects across fully diversified, mature sectors.

Torregrosa highlighted “the results of the investments made and the completion of projects that are beginning to bear fruit, enabling Aligrupo to participate in business projects linked to the development of technology and innovation sectors, 'innovation and tourism".
