The south and south-east orientation in many of our developments allows for greater solar gain in winter—when heat is most needed—while limiting its impact in summer thanks to strategically integrated solar protection elements. This is not by chance; it is architecture designed to consume less without sacrificing comfort.

Climate: thermal comfort with optimised energy use

When it comes to climate control systems, Alibuilding is committed to solutions that not only enhance comfort but also reduce energy and visual impact within the home. One of the clearest examples is underfloor heating, a system that distributes heat evenly from the floor upwards, eliminating cold spots and avoiding the consumption peaks typical of other systems.

Beyond its efficiency, underfloor heating allows for the removal of radiators, freeing up space and maintaining a clean, functional aesthetic. It is silent, invisible and efficient, and is included in many of our developments such as San Juan Collection, Bonalba Green and Jávea Beach.

This system is complemented by one of our strongest commitments to sustainability: aerothermal energy. This climate control system, which harnesses energy from the outside air, enables heating and cooling with significantly lower energy consumption than traditional systems. Thanks to its advanced technology, aerothermal systems can reduce energy use by up to 70%, resulting in both financial savings and a reduced environmental impact.
