Alibuilding awards Ecisa the construction of the Benidorm Beach skyscraper with 196 apartments in Poniente Beach

The building has one of the highest residential swimming pools in Spain located on the 26th floor and aims to redraw the Benidorm sky-line

Alicante, January 2nd. – The promoter Alibuilding, belonging to Aligrupo, has begun its steps for the construction of its first skyscraper in Benidorm with the award of the works to the Alicante company ECISA, which will be in charge of the development of this residential complex of 36 heights and 196 housing. The award agreement was signed by the CEO of Aligrupo, Alibuilding's parent company, Daniel Torregrosa, and the still vice president of ECISA, Enrique Peláez, both accompanied by the director of Alibuilding, José Antonio Izquierdo, and the member of the Ecisa Board of Directors, Manuel Peláez.

The development, whose construction will begin during the first days of January next year, will have one of the highest swimming pools in Spain, located on the 26th floor of the building, almost 80 meters from the ground and treats to promote the development of the Playa de Poniente area.

The general director of Alibuilding, José Antonio Izquierdo, explained that “we have once again opted for ECISA, a company that has already started working for us on the beach of San Juan, which knows the reality of our territory and the needs of such peculiar projects like ours". The award process has been completed after the selection of different national companies with extensive experience in residential and civil construction.

The development is located a few meters from Poniente beach, and will be made up of a 36-story glass tower over 100 meters high that will house 196 homes. The peculiarity of this promotion is the location of an indoor pool that will be located on the 26th floor, more than 60 square meters of pool with views of the Mediterranean for the residents of the property, in addition to an entire floor, number 27, which constitutes a whole wellness area complete with gym. The general director of Alibuilding pointed out that “ our building will redraw the city's sky-line , especially in the Poniente Beach area, which will be revitalized with projects like ours that are good for the city ”.

The homes will have the most modern home automation systems and the latest generation materials that allow more efficient insulation and energy use, in a clear commitment to the sustainability of the building and each of its apartments.

Izquierdo señaló que “nuestra filosofía de empresa es generar proyectos que den valor a los territorios donde nos asentamos y donde ponemos en marcha nuestros proyectos. Así está ocurriendo en Madrid, Denia o Calpe; y así queremos que ocurra también en Benidorm, que ha demostrado que tiene y ofrece un modelo urbanístico sostenible, propio, definido y que resulta muy atractivo para clientes de todo el mundo.”

Quality products, for a quality Benidorm

The head of Alibuilding explained that “Benidorm is already an example of a quality destination, both for the traditional tourist and for the residential tourist who wants a home for their temporary stays. Alibuilding offers that seal to live up to what the city of Benidorm already represents: quality, design, creativity and modernity ”.

From his point of view, the capital of the Costa Blanca has set aside the image of 'destination commodities' within the tourism sector of previous decades and is already situated in a space where tourists are looking for a place for urbanites, that combines sun and beach, but where you find high quality leisure alternatives and personalized experiences.

Benidorm Beach will offer 196 homes that, after surpassing the large entrance hall, which has a large access plaza that generates a large open space, equivalent to two heights. The property will have on floors 26 and 27 a common area consisting of an indoor swimming pool with changing rooms and a sauna . In the upper height, the 27th floor, the complete gym room will be located, both facilities with exclusive views of the Mediterranean Sea and the bay of Benidorm.

The building consists of two vertical communication nuclei, each of them served by three elevators. These are the most modern lifts to serve a maximum of 13 people, with dimensions greater than conventional lifts in door width, cabin height and speed. Designed to facilitate operations such as the furnishing of homes and to reduce waiting time as much as possible.

The community offer is completed with an outdoor area at the foot of the chill-out building, two outdoor swimming pools, as well as a children's play area and sports spaces for paddle tennis.
