Executives of Alibuilding and ECISA, accompanied by the Councilor for Urbanism of Benidorm, officialize the start of the works

Infinity pool at height 26 with views of the Bay of Benidorm, ‘prime’ finishes and less than 10 minutes from Poniente Beach

 Alicante, February 13th.- The promoter Alibuilding, belonging to Aligrupo, has begun the construction tasks of its ‘Benidorm Beach’ project, located less than 10 minutes from Poniente Beach and which intends to redesign the sky-line of the tourist capital of the Valencian Community. With the laying of the first stone, the start of the works was formalized in which the CEO of Aligrupo, Daniel Torregrosa; the general director of Alibuilding, José Antonio Izquierdo; the president and CEO of ECISA, Enrique Barreiro; and President of the Board of Directors of Ecisa, Johnny Gouveia, accompanied by the Councilor for Urban Planning of the Benidorm City Council, María Lourdes Caselles.

Izquierdo highlighted the ‘prime’ commitment involved in the construction of Benidorm Beach, which “ will help position the city among the most demanding cities - in real estate matters - in all of Europe. Benidorm demands quality products, also in the residential housing sector and our project responds to this requirement”.

Benidorm Beach offers maximum qualities in  sus acabados, Its exteriors and the offer of common services within the complex, such as one of the highest swimming pools in Spain in a residential area, located on the 26th floor with views of the Bay of Benidorm.

For his part, Daniel Torregrosa pointed to the commitment that the parent company of Alibuilding, Aligrupo, makes for the reference spaces in the cities where they are located, currently Madrid, Alicante, Calpe or Denia, and pointed out that Benidorm is a square important because the best developments in Spain and the most cutting-edge real estate projects come together in its municipal area, "and neither Aligrupo nor Alibuilding wanted to be strangers to this city ”. The CEO of Aligrupo stated that "Benidorm is a top city and the best promoters know that it has to be here, with its star products, as we have done from Alibuilding".

In this regard, the mayor of Urbanism thanked "the confidence that large projects, which are committed to quality, have the city of Benidorm as a reference." Also, Caselles commented that "Benidorm is growing in services, benefits and business projects with large endowments in order to meet the highest demands in the residential, tourist and hotel sectors.".

Benidorm Beach consists of 36 floors and 196 homes, located a few meters from Poniente beach. One of the hallmarks of this promotion is the configuration of an indoor pool, located on the 26th floor, more than 60 square meters of pool with views of the Mediterranean for the residents of the property, in addition to a whole floor, number 27, which constitutes a whole wellness area with a gym.

Future homes will be delivered to the buyer fully equipped, with the most modern home automation systems and top quality materials, too looking for the energy efficiency of each apartment .

The building consists of two vertical communication cores, each of them serviced by three elevators.
