The plot is located in the central area of ​​the city where 160 homes can be built on six floors. 

Alicante, January 28.- The developer Alibuilding, belonging to the Aligrupo holding company, has acquired a new plot in the town of Sant Joan d'Alacant (Alicante) that will allow it to increase the land pool for future construction and grow by 37% the number of homes planned in the medium term. This new plot, located on the main artery of the town, occupies a land area of ​​2,865 square meters and offers a buildable area of ​​more than 14,400 square meters in the six heights above ground, as permitted by municipal planning. The plan is to establish 160 homes on this plot, which reinforces the portfolio of homes planned in all of its new projects. 

In this way, this new acquisition reinforces the land portfolio that the company has in place in the province of Alicante and allows it to plan in the medium term to put almost 600 homes on the market. The acquisition of the plot is part of the company's strategy of betting on urban land that allows the adaptation of new spaces inside cities.

For Alibuilding, the acquisition of the plot in Sant Joan completes its commitment to the L'Alacantí region and the metropolitan area of ​​the city of Alicante, since it already has land and specific projects in towns such as El Campello and Mutxamel. Alibuilding reinforces its commitment to the generation of housing on the Costa Blanca with projects in La Nucía, Jávea, Polop, Finestrat and Mutxamel.
