Alibuilding aims to strengthen its position in Europe's most dynamic real estate market at the Poznan real estate fair

The developer is showcasing its latest offering at the Housing and Home Fair, with more than 600 homes in municipalities on the Costa Blanca

Alicante, March 13.- The developer Alibuilding, part of the Aligrupo holding company, will participate this weekend in the Housing and Home Fair, held in the city of Poznan (Poland), with the aim of consolidating its position in Europe's most dynamic real estate market. The Alicante-based developer will be an ambassador for the Costa Blanca as a preferred destination for Eastern Europeans, to whom it will present at its stand the more than 600 homes it has in its portfolio in its projects in different municipalities on the Costa Blanca.
Alibuilding is attending with its own stand and is supported by the firm's top executives, who will be present at the Fair. Alibuilding's general manager, José Antonio Izquierdo, and Aligrupo's CEO, Daniel Torregrosa, will travel to Poland to strengthen commercial ties with their strategic partners. The attractiveness of Alibuilding's developments and the potential offered by the Costa Blanca will be the main attractions of this brand's first direct visit to Poland.

The real estate fair held in Poznan is one of the most important in the country, with double-digit annual events in spring and autumn. The Polish market is crucial for the Costa Blanca. For the tourism sector, it has seen the greatest increase in visits to Spain and the Alicante coast over the last two years; and for the real estate sector, it has also gained significant importance compared to other more traditional markets such as the British, French, and German markets. It currently ranks fourth in terms of the number of transactions on the Costa Blanca real estate market, but with greater growth than other countries.

The Poznan Fair showcases a wide range of national and international offerings with more than 100 exhibitors and is attended by over 3,000 people, including professionals and the general public looking for a home in the province of Alicante. This event is where Alibuilding aims to emphasize and focus part of its promotional campaign in light of the increase in Polish clients and the forecasts for sustained growth in this market.

The general manager of Alibuilding, José Antonio Izquierdo, believes that the international situation motivates Polish buyers to invest in safer regions with a good standard of living, well-connected areas, and products tailored to their needs. Alibuilding manages to make its developments very attractive to buyers from Poland. "With this international fair, Alibuilding is launching direct actions in a region of high interest for the housing market on the Costa Blanca." We know that, for years, as a result of the geopolitical situation, there has been a lot of interest in Poland, but also in the area of influence of Eastern Europe as a whole, the Nordic countries closest to Russia, and the Baltic republics.”

Sales to Polish citizens average around 15% in developments already marketed, such as those launched in recent months. In the case of Benidorm Beach, 15% of the 196 apartments are owned by Polish citizens, the second nationality in this Benidorm development. Swedes represent the same number of buyers in this development. With slightly lower numbers, Poles have acquired more than 10% of the two phases of Polop Hills (Polop). The same interest is being shown in the development linked to the Mutxamel golf course (L’Alacantí), Bonalba Green, whose marketing has recently begun. 600 homes in the pipeline
Currently, Alibuilding has the final homes in its award-winning Benidorm Beach development, on Benidorm's Poniente beach, at the highest point of this vantage point overlooking the bay of the Costa Blanca's tourist capital.

At the same time, the El Campello and Alborán Beach developments, a project on Muchavista beach, are already under construction. The 600-home project is completed by the Bonalba Green development (Mutxamel), Jávea Beach (Jávea), Polop Hills Nature (Polop), as well as development plans in Finestrat, La Nucía, and San Juan.
