Alicante, February 14, 2024.- The developer Alibuilding, belonging to the Aligrupo holding company, has awarded Alcudia Servicios y Obras SL the construction project for its new Alborán Beach development, located 150 meters from the Muchavista beach in El Campello. The agreement was signed by the CEO of Aligrupo, the entity that owns Alibuilding, Daniel Torregrosa, and the owner and administrator of the construction company from Elche, Ana Maruenda, a procedure that marks the start of this project.

Torregrosa commented on “the trust we place in Alcudia, a highly prestigious company, which we already know about other projects developed jointly and their great work in this type of promotions.” The CEO of Aligrupo, who was accompanied by the general director of Alibuilding, Jose Antonio Izquierdo, pointed out that “one of our hallmarks is the commitment we make to the territory, and we understand that a company like Alcudia is an example of the excellent level of professionalism that they possess. the construction companies of the province of Alicante”.

The developer Alibuilding will invest 12 million euros in this project for the construction of 24 homes of different types, as well as spaces for shops and offices.

Altogether, Alborán Beach occupies a plot of 2,500 square meters less than 150 meters from Muchavista beach (El Campello, Alicante), between Alborán and Juan de la Cierva streets in El Campello. Alborán Beach will be made up of 24 homes measuring between 74 and 107 square meters, plus their respective terraces or, in the case of the ground floor homes, with a garden, and a solarium in the penthouses.

The projected property rises to four floors and will have two pedestrian entrances to the complex, in the center of which are the common areas that occupy an area of 1,300 square meters, where the swimming pools and a children's play area are located.
