Alibuilding completes the sale of its latest development in the centre of Madrid

The developer is selling parking spaces in the Francisco de Ricci development to meet demand in the Chamberí neighbourhood.

Alicante, 8 January - The developer Alibuilding, part of the Aligrupo holding company, has completed the sale of the 29 flats in the Francisco de Ricci 13 development in Madrid's Chamberí district. With the completion of the sales, Alibuilding has put an end to its last development in Madrid, while awaiting the start of future projects, although it maintains its offer of parking spaces separate from the homes with which it intends to meet the demand in the Chamberí neighbourhood.

In recent months, the developer has marketed 17 of the 18 one-bedroom homes, six two-bedroom homes and five three-bedroom flats that make up this residential complex located in the Chamberí neighbourhood, which includes storage rooms and parking spaces, as well as communal areas with a swimming pool.

Alibuilding's managing director, José Antonio Izquierdo, said that with the completion of these sales, the developer is closing the chapter on its latest development in Madrid, and is open to future proposals to continue to meet the demand for the recovery of consolidated urban land in the capital. In addition to the Francisco de Ricci 13 development, Alibuilding has also developed other initiatives such as Velázquez 23, in the Salamanca district of the capital.

Alibuilding is currently focusing its activity on the Costa Blanca in the province of Alicante, with projects under development in municipalities such as El Campello, Mutxamel, Finestrat, Polop, La Nucía and Jávea.

However, Alibuilding is maintaining its commercial activity with the offer of parking spaces that are not linked to homes and which aim to meet the great demand for this type of space in the heart of the Madrid capital, located in one of the streets running parallel to Avenida Alberto Aguilera, between Argüelles and Plaza de San Bernardo.

The parking spaces created by Alibuilding in the basement of its Francisco de Ricci development are equipped for charging electric vehicles, as well as being located in a strategic position in the city, both for residents of the neighbourhood and for those who need to travel to the area by private vehicle.
