The development, located on Muchavista beach, has already sold 58% of the homes

Alicante, September 21.- The developer Alibuilding, belonging to the Aligrupo business holding, has begun the preparation tasks of the land acquired in El Campello (Alicante), where it plans to build its new Alborán Beach development, located less than 150 meters from Muchavista beach. In order to have the plot in full condition, and while waiting for the municipal construction license, the house that occupied the 2,500 m² plot, located in one of the privileged places on the beach of this Alicante town, has been demolished. Juan de la Cierva Avenue and Alborán Street.

The general director of Alibuilding, José Antonio Izquierdo, explained that “we acquired this plot of land with an old construction that we have already proceeded to demolish. With this operation we now have the plot in conditions so that, once the municipal license has been received, we can begin the construction works of our first development in the town of El Campello in the shortest possible time.”

The development borders the municipality of Alicante in the PAU 5 area, one of the most thriving urban areas of the capital and the most attractive of the latest urban developments in its metropolitan area.
Alborán Beach has already marketed 58% of the apartments of different types distributed over four floors above ground. The ground floor homes will have a garden and terrace, while the penthouses will have a solarium. The urbanization offers its owners a community pool and children's play spaces, in addition to all the high-quality finishes. The property is designed to achieve Energy Classification A, the maximum possible in residential constructions.

Alborán Beach has also been designed by the Chamizo Arquitectos team, who have also generated the projects for Alibuilding de San Juan Beach (Alicante) and Benidorm Beach (Benidorm) in their studios.
