ALICANTE. The Alicante promoter Alibuilding, owned by the family office of the brothers Juan and Pedro Alcaraz, has exploded after the confinement. The promoter branch of Aligrupo will once again participate in the Madrid real estate show, Sima, with 85% of the homes in San Juan Beach sold and the works of its new single-family development in Polop Hills in the Marina Baixa started, in addition to an important land exchange to promote another 1,000 homes in the portfolio.

The developer led by José Antonio Izquierdo will attend the most important real estate event in the country with all its active promotions, both in the province and in the capital, where it is building two luxury developments in the Salamanca and Chamberí neighborhoods. Promotions that register, despite all the problems in recent months, an average sales level of 70%, according to company sources.

The intention of those responsible for the promoter is to accelerate the sales process in view of the awakening of interest in traditional markets, both national and international, as well as to test the interest in new products for its land bag that would allow doubling its current production for sale to exceed a thousand new homes. This portfolio is distributed in different municipal terms of the province, mainly between the regions of L’Alacantí and Marina Baixa, at the expense of new projects in response to the disposition of the markets.

The general director of Alibuilding pointed out that the pandemic made sales operations difficult, "but it did not mean a real contraction in demand, in fact, our sales level is an average of 70%." Izquierdo is confident of "a great awakening of interest in quality housing in our markets in Madrid and on the Costa Blanca, where we have noticed a boom in recent weeks closely linked to teleworking and a new model of living in more open, spacious homes and with outdoor spaces ".

Promotions in Madrid

Alibuilding currently has a development in one of the most sought-after areas of Madrid, on Velázquez street, where at number 23 it offers 8 luxury homes. In addition, it adds another 28 homes in its Francisco de Ricci promotion, on the street of the same name, with high levels of sales, although it is under construction.

The developer, based in Alicante, also continues to market the 15% of homes in San Juan Beach that remain out of a total of 104 homes in one of the most demanding areas of the city of Alicante, in Playa de San Juan, where there are two blocks of nine heights a few meters from the sea. Demand from the interior of the peninsula and central European countries is very focused on its Benidorm Beach development, located on Poniente Beach: 36 floors with 196 apartments designed for teleworking. To these promotions is added that of Denia Beach, at the foot of L’Almadrava beach in Denia.

On the other hand, Alibuilding has also started to build the first phase of the Polop Hills complex, which consists of 185 single-family homes.
