Alibuilding obtains construction license for its Alborán Beach development on Muchavista beach in El Campello

The project includes 24 homes, commercial and office spaces 150 meters from Muchavista Beach


Alicante, February 1, 2024.- The promoter Alibuilding, belonging to the Aligrupo holding company, has obtained the construction license granted by the El Campello City Council, which allows it to start its Alborán Beach project, on a plot of 2,500 square meters less than 150 meters from Muchavista beach (El Campello, Alicante). The company's intention is to begin the construction of this new complex as soon as possible, which will be made up of 24 homes, with spaces for commercial establishments and offices, located between Alborán and Juan de la Cierva streets in El Campello, as explained by the director. general manager of the promoter, José Antonio Izquierdo.


“This promotion completes the hallmark of Alibuilding in the area, where we have already developed promotions with this same spirit, which has to do with design, high quality, great interior features and a design that makes it very identifiable, made up of façade that simulates a wave very similar to our San Juan Beach development, located in the PAU-5 of Alicante,” commented Izquierdo.


Alborán Beach will be made up of 24 homes of different types, between 74 and 107 square meters, plus their respective terraces or, in the case of the ground floor homes with a garden, and a solarium in the penthouses. The planned property rises to four floors and will have two pedestrian entrances to the complex, in the center of which are the common areas, which form a large swimming pool and a children's play area.
The door located on Alborán street will allow lateral access to the complex, while the one located on Juan de la Cierva street will allow direct access to the common areas. However, the homes on the ground floor will have independent access to each of the apartments.

The design of the structure has ensured that all the homes are through, with direct views of the common areas, and lateral views towards the sea. With this resource, the architectural team provides the homes with a double orientation that generates cross ventilation and great energy efficiency. For Izquierdo, energy efficiency, orientation, open spaces and natural light are essential in the designs of all Alibuilding developments.

Commercial and office
For their part, the areas for commercial use and offices will have independent access from Juan de la Cierva street. These surfaces will be located on three large floors to adapt to the needs of different business models. At the top of the property there will be a fourth floor with exclusive and private access to a large terrace.

The building will be built on a platform common to the residential area, where the parking area, storage rooms and service rooms will be located in the basement.
 
The general director of the development pointed out that the company has a special commitment to the Costa Blanca, and large projects such as Alborán Beach in the regions of L'Alacantí and Marina Baixa to begin in 2024.
