Alicante, 5 June.- The developer Alibuilding, belonging to the Aligrupo holding company, has obtained the construction license for its Bonalba Green residential complex, a project located on the front line of the Bonalba golf course, located in the municipality of Mutxamel (Alicante). ). After this authorization, the company will begin the construction works of the project on a plot of 38,500 square meters, located in one of the reference golf courses in the province of Alicante and a few kilometers from the beaches of El Campello, Muchavista and San Juan. (Alicante). 

The construction of this residential complex involves raising three blocks that will house 121 apartments of different types, as well as another 87 single-family homes that complete it. The design of this development is based on the principles of sustainability, energy efficiency, quality of materials, housing equipment, connectivity provisions and the common areas of the urbanization.

The team of architects has designed a “very Mediterranean” model, which is absolutely integrated into the environment, with large spaces, exterior accesses and views of the common areas and the sea, which will be developed in the three phases in which it will be built. has divided the promotion. 

The general director of Alibuilding, José Antonio Izquierdo, has explained that this project is configured to become a residential area to live in all year round, thanks to the unbeatable connection with the entire metropolitan area of ​​Alicante, but it is also an opportunity to find a second residence or as an investment. 

This new development is divided into three apartment blocks, two of them with 42 homes, and a third with 37, all of them equipped with large terraces with views. In all cases, they have underground parking and storage room. The single-family homes have been designed with various types of two, three and four bedrooms, in some cases with a covered and outdoor garage, with an individual plot and the possibility of creating a private pool.

The common areas of the complex will have a reception esplanade with a large fountain, a 'pool beach' surrounded by natural grass, street furniture throughout the space and recreation areas on artificial grass surfaces and another made of ceramic material.
