The Alibuilding promotion receives five stars in two categories: Best High-Rise Residential Building and Best Residential Apartment Design

The property located on Playa de Poniente achieves the nomination in the Multiple Residential category at the European level 

Alicante, October 18.- The Benidorm Beach residential complex, promoted by the Alibuilding company, won two awards last night at the International Property Awards Gala, held in London, with the highest score allowed by the contest, five stars, in the Best Building categories. High-Rise Residential and as the best Residential Apartment Design in Spain. In addition, Benidorm Beach achieved the European nomination in the Multiple Residential category. 

The awards ceremony took place last Thursday evening and confirmed the two awards for the residential located in the city of Benidorm, and designed by the Chamizo Arquitectos office, with the highest category, marking the project as the best of Spain in its category. This leads it to be nominated at the European level and places it among the best projects in the sector on the entire continent. 

The jury has evaluated the project as a whole, both in the execution and in the design of the Murcian architects, responsible for its creation. This property, located on Benidorm's Poniente beach, rises above the bay to the 36th floor with 196 apartments. Its structure is made up of two blocks connected to each other, which allows the generation of homes of different sizes, but all equipped with noble materials, which plays with large spaces, in addition to high-quality common areas. Among its hallmarks is the indoor pool located on the 26th floor and a gym on the 27th, in addition to the community space outside.

The general manager of Alibuilding, José Antonio Izquierdo, upon receiving the award in its highest category, expressed “the satisfaction of receiving this recognition, which is the result of the work of the entire team and the professionals who are part of Alibuilding. The development of this project has been hard, since it coincided with the circumstances of a pandemic, the post-pandemic and the war in Ukraine that complicated each and every one of the steps for its construction”. Now, with the awards in hand, Izquierdo has had “a recognition to the current owners of each home of this property that has been valued and awarded, for their patience and trust, because they have also suffered the vicissitudes of having to carry out a project of this magnitude, with this level that we demanded of ourselves and in very adverse conditions”.

Izquierdo's satisfaction is that the current tenants of Benidorm Beach have an apartment in a “multi-award-winning building, highly recognized in Spain and Europe, which shows the value of their investment”. 
For his part, the CEO of Aligrupo, the parent company on which Alibuilding depends, pointed out that “with these three satisfactions, the two awards and the European nomination, we are returning to Spain with more strength to develop the projects we have underway: Alborán in El Campello; Bonalba Green in Mutxamel, Jávea Beach, as well as Polop Hills Nature in Polop, in addition to La Nucía and Finestrat”.
