Polop Hills, located at the foot of the Ponoig, will be made up of homes with large open and private areas in accordance with the new post-pandemic customer demand

Alicante, July 8.- The developer Alibuilding, belonging to Aligrupo, has begun the construction of its new Polop Hills development, located in the municipality of Polop, which consists of 185 homes with designs adjusted to the new demands of post-pandemic clients, looking for large spaces, open areas and private, as well as good internet connections as an essential complement for teleworking.

Alibuilding has started construction work on its first single-family housing project, on a 64,000-square-meter plot, located  at the foot of Mount Ponoig, integrated into a privileged environment surrounded by nature and with exceptional views of the sea.

The general director of Alibuilding, José Antonio Izquierdo, pointed out that “this project adapts well to the new demand that we see growing, which demands quality constructions, in emblematic spaces, with open areas, excellent views and the best conditions for the telecommuting".  The demand generated by the pandemic is inclined towards homes with larger and more open spaces, which requires large porches, a garden area, a solarium and even its own pool that allows its owners to enjoy themselves autonomously. The developer includes the possibility of customizing the home, in terms of the dimensions of the home or the plot, adjusting the surface of the house or garden at the discretion of the buyer.

Izquierdo assured that "we are noticing an increase in inquiries about this type of housing, by potential national and international buyers, who are looking for a place to settle from where they can continue working for their companies in other countries of the European Union, but with the advantages of our climate, our services and a new construction model".

In this sense, the Polop Hills development is oriented so that the homes have views from their interior location, with homes in different models. All of them have a private garden, which according to the model ranges from 80 meters to 150 square meters, with the possibility of installing your private pool.

"We designed a highly sustainable project with the best technical conditions, having an individualized electric vehicle charging system ,     photovoltaic and aerothermal energy", commented Izquierdo.

The houses, available with two, three or four bedrooms, have & nbsp; covered terrace, a solarium and a parking space. All of them surrounded  of landscaped common areas, with community premises, common pool, gym room.
