Our land offers an extensive range of produce that, throughout history, has become established as a signature dish in each village or district.

Alibuilding is present in towns such as San Juan de Alicante, Mutxamel, Polop, Finestrat, and Jávea, inviting us on a journey through the province from south to north, enjoying unique places and savouring their local produce.

In the town of San Juan de Alicante, a lively city set inland yet bathed by the beach that bears its name, stands San Juan Collection — a development of 161 homes at the urban heart of the commercial, cultural, and sporting hub that San Juan represents within the wider district. In this town, locals pride themselves on preparing the finest Coca amb Tonyina, a recipe shared with neighbouring towns. It is a rectangular pastry filled with salted tuna and fried onion, topped with a thin, crisp dough flavoured with aniseed. It is a dish that is always present at private celebrations or local festivities, particularly during the Fogueres de Sant Joan.

In neighbouring Mutxamel stands Bonalba. From this vantage point overlooking one of the finest golf courses and the bay of Playa de San Juan and El Campello, rises the residential complex of Bonalba Green and The Villages Bonalba Green — apartments and detached villas offering a unique setting close to the capital, yet just a stone's throw from the coast. This inland recipe is a hearty broth-based stew featuring pork, saffron, and paprika, all slow-cooked in keeping with age-old tradition.

On the other side of the Puig Campana mountain lies Polop Hills Nature, a development of detached homes that combines nature, the charm of a small town, and the gleaming proximity of life near Benidorm. This town invites us to sample L'Olleta de Blat, a wheat stew. This dish is typical of the inland areas of the Marina Baixa district, made with boiled wheat in place of rice, accompanied by meat and vegetables. Without doubt, a dish suited to winter — even if winters here are mild.

Further north, Alibuilding is building Jávea Beach in the seafaring town of Xàbia. This charming development sits right at the foot of Arenal beach. As a town steeped in fishing tradition, here we can enjoy Cruet de Peix. This humble dish, once cooked by fishermen, has become the signature dish of the entire district, known locally as llandeta. This rice dish was traditionally made with horse mackerel, mackerel, and anchovy, though it readily accommodates whatever fish is to hand — anything will do. A recipe that incorporates tomato, garlic, potato, paprika, and other seasonings, this dish allows for as many variations as there are available ingredients and the day's catch.
