Alicante, August 13, 2019.- The developer Alibuilding, of the Aligrupo Group, has signed the agreement with the construction company Ecisa, which will be in charge of the execution of the work of the San Juan Beach residential complex, a residential complex that will have 104 homes and high quality common areas. The company responsible for building the project has extensive experience of 50 years in the sector.

The signing of the agreement was attended by the general director of Alibuilding, José Antonio Izquierdo; the CEO of Aligrupo, Daniel Torregrosa; the vice president of Ecisa, Enrique Peláez; and the Director of Hiring of Ecisa, Mar Alonso. Alibuilding has a construction license , since last April, to start this project located on a site on Maestro José Garberí Serrano avenue with the Glorieta de la Democracia, in one of the last plots of the development area of ​​Playa de San Juan.

The Alicante developer foresees the construction of 104 homes that are less than 300 meters from the beach, and that will have an innovative design with modern lines, with the latest materials and finishing techniques in their construction.
